Virtual Mediations (Zoom)
Virtual mediations have proven to be an effective and cost-saving alternative to in-person mediations, allowing attorneys and their clients to attend from anywhere they happen to be. We offer both half-day and full-day virtual mediations, priced on a per-party basis.

In-Person Mediations
If for some reason you prefer to conduct a mediation in person, don’t worry – we can help with that, too. You just provide the location, and we’ll come to you. Additional charges may apply depending on distance and travel expenses. Sorry, we don’t offer half-day in-person mediations at this time.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you’ll need to cancel a mediation once it has been booked and confirmed. However, once a slot has been reserved for you, it is no longer available for anyone else, so we charge a fee for any mediation you cancel less than 15 days prior to mediation.
